TEAM SHARE was enacted to bring about a consistent level of excellence throughout our System and specifically targeted ARH’s quality, patient satisfaction and financial performance. As part of TEAM SHARE, ARH employees have the opportunity to earn a bonus for achieving operational excellence if the ARH System and Communities have met their quality, service and financial goals. The bonus is based on the cumulative achievement of quality (40%), patient satisfaction (40%), and financial performance (20%) per quarter during the fiscal year.
2020 Team Share Staff Member Eligibility
- 1664 active “work” hours in fiscal year ending 2020 (full-time based on a sliding scale / part-time prorated)
- “Active employee” in pay period of payout – set for December 11 2020, unless actually retired post June 30, 2020
- Employed a minimum of six (6) months i.e., on or before January 1, 2020
- Satisfactory or better performance in most recent performance evaluation
- No active Performance Improvement Plan at time of pay out
- Not subject to any active disciplinary action (No suspension in past 12 months)
