Even in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, our ARH team is stronger than ever. Each and every one of you are making a difference in our communities during a time when they need us most. Our entire ARH staff is working together—many of us remotely—to support and uplift each other in new ways every day.
Therefore we are proud to announce a salary increase effective August 3rd for many ARH employees and a $400 bonus to be paid on September 4th for all full-time, part-time and PRN staff.
It’s part of our way of saying thank you for the vital role you play in our system’s continued success in the face of extraordinary adversity.
The salary increase is as follows:
- 2% for Clinical Nurse Managers
- 2% for Nurse Managers
- 1.25% for All Non-Union Employees
To be eligible, employees must be non-union workers hired before February 1, 2020; must not be on an active improvement plan; and cannot have received a promotion increase or equity adjustment greater than 1.25% in 2020.
To be eligible for the bonus, employees must have been hired before March 1, 2020. Those hired on or before March 1, 2020 who remain on furlough due to COVID-19 will also be receiving the bonus.
The salary increase and bonus are well-deserved and we thank all of our employees for their loyalty and commitment to our health system’s continued success.
